Hans Davidsson, Principal Consultant

Hans Davidsson is a management consultant with global experience in industries such as IT, telecomm, mobile phones, energy, life science, medical equipment and construction.

Mr. Davidsson primarily assists corporate clients with project management and interim leadership roles. He is also an experienced Board Director and Advisor to fast growing companies taking advantage of his experience in global business development.

As a Principal Consultant his focus is in business driven project management, where he’s driving everything from project formation to full implementation and project closing in e.g. M&A, integration, go-to-market, product development and construction projects.

Davidsson’s corporate experience mainly comes from different management and project management roles within Ericsson, the global telecommunications vendor, where he operated in several General Management and Vice President roles. Amongst them VP of Sales and Marketing in the Mobile Phones Division (now Sony Mobile Communications), with responsibility for new products to North and Latin America, and before that directing the global R&D organization of the group. Furthermore, he was GM of the global Access Products unit, consolidating a billion dollar business group in charge of all fixed access products, including DSL and fiber access. Davidsson started his career in Siemens Elema AB, a global manufacturer of medical equipment.

Having had his office in the US for 14 years and the UK for 5 years, Davidsson moved his office to Sweden in early 2010.

Hans Davidsson holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Linköping, Institute of Technology, in Sweden.
